### 2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
#### Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within [30 days] of receipt for a full refund.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/labels intact.
#### How to Return or Exchange an Item

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your order confirmation. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
#### Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within [7-10 business days]. You will be credited to the original payment method.
